We enforce a cancellation policy on all services and reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows. Please note that you are considered a no-show if you are more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment without any contact to me. There is a STRICT, NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL DEPOSITS. Should you need to reschedule for any reason, said deposit is 100% transferable for 1 reschedule ONLY.
